British Council English has deployed advertising standees at buildings and escalator advertising at the shopping mall for the grand opening event of their new center at Faifo Lane, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.
1. Grand Opening of British Council English’s New Teaching Center at Faifo Lane
For the past two years, British Council English – the British Council has consistently opened numerous new teaching centers in both Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. The quality of these centers has been affirmed as thousands of students participate in learning or exams organized by the center each year. British Council English is committed to developing an internationally standardized English learning environment for Vietnamese students.
In April 2024, British Council English inaugurated a specialized English teaching center for students aged 5-17 on the 3rd floor of the Faifo Lane Shopping Mall. The center will commence its summer courses in 2024 with modern facilities meeting global standards and classroom capacities accommodating over 1,000 students at various levels. All teaching staff hold internationally recognized English teaching certificates and degrees, demonstrating high expertise and experience.
The center offers four courses: Learning Time with Timmy (for preschoolers), Primary Plus (for elementary students), and Secondary Plus (for middle and high school students). British Council English aims to create an effective and comfortable learning environment, enabling students to develop confidence and various soft skills across multiple fields, preparing them for comprehensive integration.
2. Advertising Project at Buildings and Shopping Mall of British Council English
A series of events have been implemented by British Council English to promote the opening of the new teaching center at Faifo Lane Shopping Mall. The target customer group is undoubtedly parents and students of all ages who have a need for English learning. Therefore, advertising at buildings and the shopping mall is essential and cannot be overlooked!
2.1. Advertising standees in buildings
British Council English has selected premium apartment buildings in District 2 to place advertising standees. The standees are strategically placed in densely populated areas such as the apartment lobby, in front of elevators, and at mailbox areas. The customer segment here consists of individuals with high incomes, precisely the target demographic of British Council English.
Advertising in upscale locations, the standee format of British Council English is also given special attention. The advertising standees are premium iron frames with large dimensions. The advertising surface is made of PP decal with attractive colors, appealing to viewers.

2.2. Escalator Advertising at the Shopping Mall
To expand customer reach, British Council English continues to implement an escalator advertising campaign at Thiso Mall, District 2. The escalator location is also a high-traffic area within the shopping center, helping to increase awareness of British Council English’s new center opening event.
British Council English’s escalator advertising project is implemented over one month. Advertising on escalators in the shopping mall not only reaches potential customers but also reinforces brand credibility, increasing brand recognition for the British Council.
